By placing any order, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions: |
| The offer is without engagement. |

All prices are in Euro per running meter of wick, inclusive of value added tax. Shipping charges are additional. |
|
Damages and defects must be reported in writing ( letter, fax, e-mail) within 8 days after delivery of merchandise. |
| The products remain our property until they have been comletely paid for. |

Germany: Upon your first order, delivery will be made upon payment in advance or C.O.D. For all following orders we will send an invoice which needs to be paid within 8 days after the receipt of the merchandise. |

Europe-World : Orders from abroad must always be paid in advance. |

| - by bank transfer, but please ensure that we do not have to pay additional charges for the transaction. |
| Payment in full should be made after you receive your order confirmation! |

On request we offer a discount for juggling groups at universities etc. |
| Delivery time will be 3 to 10 days without obligation. |

Shipping costs are kept to a minimum, with packages up to 1 Kg costing 3 Euro (inside Germany) plus a possible charge for COD (which is expensive !). For packages over 1 Kg price is available on application. |
